Taking a moment today to sit and reflect on all that we have to be thankful for as Thirst Missions. There is so many countless things that we are thankful for that we could not list them all. However, we do want you to know a few of them.
First and foremost, we are thankful for relationships with Christ that are formed through missions for His Kingdom. It is amazing to hear the stories and to literally see the life change that happens when ministry is on the ground and the impact that groups like yours make is astounding. You are changing lives for eternity. Thank you!
Second. Thank you to the groups that partner with us. Whether you have partnered with us in the past, are a consistent partner or new this year. Your group makes ministry possible to a community and church that would not be impacted. Your group rebuilds, restores and renews hope in areas that need fresh eyes to see the glory and beauty of the gospel. Thank you!
Third. Thank you to those that support our teams, and our staff, the churches where they come from, the individuals that commit to pray or financially support the missions, their families, and friends. The missions would not be possible without them. It is through the prayers of those that go before us that encourage and motivate the teams, the staff and the country to be better than we were the day, week and month before. Thank you!
Fourth. Thank you to our partners in Belize. It is because of your existing ministry and hope for your country that we can partner with you to impact others. Your leadership and continued inspiration for your communities when your mission team is there or once they have returned home is astounding. May your ministry grow, you continuously be encouraged, and your faith strengthened as you see God work and move in each of your areas. Thank you!
Fifth. Thank you to our staff both here in the United States and Belize, past, present, and future. You allow God to shine through you in ways that are unexplainable. We find joy in learning about your trips, about your passions and growing together as an international family that we truly are. Thank you to each of your families for allowing you to be a part of this ministry and to serve faithfully.
Though this is not the end of the list by any means. We are so thankful for how God has and is working through missions to make an eternal impact. Thoughts and prayers for each of you this Thanksgiving. May you remember the ultimate gift God gave us through His son and be truly thankful!
Happy Thanksgiving.
