Easter is just around the corner. This weekend it is upon us. However let’s think about it. Easter should be within us every day. We should be thankful for each daily blessing that is given to us and each opportunity that we are given to share His story in our life. We are the vessels that He chooses to us to move, encourage and motivate others. Sometimes we do not feel that we are worthy vessels that we are able to hold what God has given us. These are the times when others encourage us, God motivates us, or inspires us to listen and love.
We just finished a wonderful time of pastor’s training in Belize. This time was great to come together as churches far and wide from the country gathered to see what God was doing and to become more equipped to share the gospel with those around them from members of the Harvest Bible Team. It was great to see the pastors talking to one another, expressing their concerns for their churches and growing stronger together in faith and in hope.
This is the goal of Easter. We are reminded of the sacrifice that was paid for each of us individually. We are encouraged by our corporate body to bear others burdens and share each other’s load. We are equipped by Jesus to be His light to the world. During this season may your light shine bright for Him. May your hope be restored, your faith be renewed and your spirit be refreshed. He is a God of immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine.
